After 24 years in real estate, I know that county and city regulations are difficult to learn, hard to understand, frustrating to deal with, and tricky to apply. I have the navigational abilities to guide both sellers and buyers through these uncertain waters. My expertise with 1100+ clients will enable you to find a buyer for that hard-to-sell piece of property or purchase your dream piece. My well-honed negotiation skills secure the best deal possible for my clients.
Investing in real estate, creating new developments, project management, and owner of single and multi-family rental properties are also some of my other areas of expertise. As a buyer, seller, and developer of many land projects, I understand what it is like to be on both sides of the table.
Married to my college sweetheart, Anita, for 35 years, we have 6 grown sons, 5 daughters-in-law, and 8 growing grandchildren. When I'm not selling real estate, I can usually be found hanging out with family at home or on my boat, serving at church, doing yard work, or helping or mentoring others.
